Putting Young SIETARians' ideas into action
As announced in the May edition of the YS Herald we are launching a project development contest for Young SIETAR members, called ´Project Lab´. If you have a creative and inspiring idea the ´Project Lab´ is your opportunity to propose a project to be developed within YS and together with other YS´ians. This is your chance to develop your project design and management skills, to find funding for your ideas, and to get into the YS flow of things!
WHAT: Project Lab (short for laboratory) is all about you as YS members and your ideas. It’s about transforming those ideas into something more. It’s about getting the funds to turn those daydreams into reality. It’s about a contest…may the best project ideas win!
WHY: You have spoken at Congresses, in team meetings, in emails, in Have Your Say interview…and you have ideas! Brilliant YS ones! E-trainings, webinars, educational tools for different settings, intercultural communication tools for the future, research questions waiting to be answered, and more.
You also have asked questions…mainly, how can I implement my brilliant idea within the YS world?! Passion, motivation, dedication, networking, creating, building…and now we have some funds. Pitch your innovative idea to the group and see YS project creation in action!
WHO: All current Young SIETAR members that have an idea they believe in -a project idea that is in line with YS vision, mission and goals.
WHERE: The contest is an on-line, “virtual” one, of course! Your project does not have to be though, but it must be in line with the YS vision.
