The Training Team has been created in 2005 to develop the T within Young SIETAR. The aim of this team is to contribute to development of educational activities such as trainings, workshops, seminars etc (on both local and international level) and to give a chance to young educators to develop their knowledge and skills considered necessary to run projects and undertake other activities successfully.
The Training Group aspires to creating a safe and supportive environment in which young people could do both: learn more about the art of training as well as take the first practical steps as trainers or educators. We are working to provide Young SIETARians with a broad range of learning opportunities addressing variety of issues and taking into consideration different interests of our members. We are planning to establish YS Pool of Trainers and YS Intercultural Training Toolbox.
