The fees for participation at the Congress are as follows (in Euros):

The registration fee includes full access to the four-day congress, accommodation in a hostel (Wednesday night through Sunday), meals (except lunch on day one), coffee breaks, conference materials, proceedings, congress map and much more.
* Young SIETAR member reduced congress fee is for Young SIETAR members who financially are not able to afford the full congress fee, but would still like to come to Belfast. This fee will be combined with some volunteer duties during the Congress and/or its documentation afterwards as volunteers.
**Young SIETAR members can apply to come to the congress for free, should they not be able to come any other way; If you wish to apply, please send an e-mail to congress2012@youngsietar.org, stating the reasons you need the sponsorship.
